Taken after Shakespeare’s iambic pentameter, each object represents a beat pattern like that of a heart, Whisk-key Whisk-key… with a total of five. In distillery making for Whisky, it has three parts in the distillation process. The first is the “head” where the most ethanol is located and your unable to drink. Second is the “heart”, when the distillers get to drink the product and enjoy the aromas. Final is the “tail” that is left over spirits. The wood is representation of the barrels, copper for the pot still, and a digital image with a combination of the steps of distilling and a heart.
