Alcohol is highly frowned upon in the Baptist community. Following the tradition of a communion table that holds the bread and wine as a reminder of the last supper Jesus had, this new take is replaced with traditional Scottish bannock bred and a dram of Scotch Whisky. Water of Life is what whisky translates into, making it become a religion for some people. Either can be seen as a positive towards how much it has helped communities or seen as idolization with alcoholism.
